Order processing time

  • It is the time between the customer placing the order and the seller handing over the order to the shipping service.
  • Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days of order/payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend may be delayed.
  • Our warehouse is only open Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except public holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.

Shipment tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (tracking number is active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you can't track your package normally, please contact us and we will solve the problem within 48 hours.

 

Delivery time exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at support@ottocast.com , we will clarify the situation promptly with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after purchase. If your payment has been completed and your package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. Then the full amount will be refunded.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

  • A reminder:
  • If you don't live in a safe location, choose your shipping method wisely, as standard mail carriers do not require a signature and drop packages off at any location deemed "safe" by postmen.
  • We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses by you as a customer.
  • A restocking fee will be charged if you do not pick up your item and it is returned. The tax is 10% of the total amount per item.

About taxes

In rare cases, orders may be subject to government-imposed customs duties, which are not borne by our side, but are your responsibility as a customer.
